Terms of Service

Effective and last reviewed: April 6, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tajweed Class website and our educational services. By submitting a registration form, booking a trial, or enrolling in paid lessons, you agree to these Terms.

Educational services

Tajweed Class provides live, online instruction in Quran recitation, memorization, Arabic, Islamic studies, and related subjects. Class format, duration, and scheduling are confirmed with admissions and your assigned instructor. Students are expected to attend on time, participate respectfully, and follow instructor guidance.

Trials and enrollment

Complimentary trial classes are offered subject to availability and verification of contact information. Enrollment in paid packages begins only after you confirm pricing and schedule with our team. You are responsible for providing accurate details so we can place you with a suitable tutor.

Payments & refunds

Fees are quoted in advance according to the plan you select. Unless otherwise stated in writing, our 100% money-back guarantee applies when you cancel within the first week of paid classes after enrollment, as described at checkout or in your confirmation email. Refunds are not issued for completed lessons beyond that window except where required by law.

Conduct & technology

Harassment, recording without consent where prohibited, sharing access credentials, or misuse of conferencing links may result in immediate termination of services. You are responsible for a stable internet connection and compatible device for Zoom or Google Meet sessions.

Intellectual property

Course materials, branding, and website content belong to Tajweed Class or its licensors. You may not redistribute proprietary curriculum without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tajweed Class is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. We provide religious education for personal enrichment; formal fatwa or legal rulings should be sought from qualified scholars or authorities in your jurisdiction when needed.

Changes & contact

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions? Email admissions@tajweedclass.com or visit our contact page.
